Brody bits... update

Hi everyone! Remember me?? Mom has been telling me I should post an update so here it is. Riley and I are now "retired" from our jobs as therapy dogs. It goes way back to September, 2019 - just as I was getting started on my visits with our kids at school, we got caught in the middle of what Mom calls "politics" between the head person in the school district and the head person in our organization. Even though it didn't involve us at all and we had more than enough classes and certifications and shots and all that stuff - our visits were put on "hold." It made me feel really lonely and Mom was very sad. She says it wasn't our fault and that we are still her "best boys."

Riley and I kept visiting our friends at the senior place until they put up a sign that said "no visitors" due to that thing called Co-Vid. I guess no one is making visits and, because it's been more than six months, our certifications are no longer "valid." Mom says not to worry. We can choose to re-test but we'll probably just wait and do our own thing without worrying about things called "rules" and "politics."

This sure has been a confusing time - for humans too. I keep hearing those words "politics" and "Co-Vid." I just wanted to let you know we're ok and we will be ok. Hope you are too!!
