I hope this helps you begin a beautiful week.
Today is the last day of November. I want to review how I did on my goals for the month so I will be ready to make some new ones for next month.
First goal was to add two more laps to my yard walks. I had to adjust this goal. IN trying to build up stamina, I was doing too much at once. I adjusted the goal to adding 1000 more steps in my yard walks during the month. At the beginning of the month I was at 3000 steps. SO my goal was 4000 steps. I am happy to say I made and surpassed my goal this past week. I have added variety to how I walk in the yard to keep it doable and enjoyable.
Second goal was to be kinder to myself. I am making progress on this one. I smile at myself when I look in the mirror. WHen I find myself thinking badly about myself, I stop and try to turn it around. I ask myself if I was a friend who said that, how would I encourage her. Then I say that to myself.
Third I wanted to maintain a positive attitude. Though I am not perfect, for the most part I have done this. I have written positive blogs, I have looked for opportunities not obstacles.
Lastly, I wanted to record three things I am grateful for each day in my blog. I have met this goal.
I feel happy about my progress and how I have worked on these goals.
Now I am working on what I will set as my December goals.
