November Recap and Happenings

Tuesday, December 01, 2020

Recapping my November goals. Here is how I did:
emoticon Lose those sneaky 3 lbs plus 1 more: Nope! I did, however, manage a perfect month of maintenance, my weight today = my weight on Nov 1.
emoticon Track my food: I tracked 17 out of 30 days.
emoticon Increase my daily steps to 10,000 minimum: My average daily step count was 9,685 steps

I did receive my 1500 Monthly Fitness Minutes SparkTrophy for November.

Overall, some room for improvement & I'll carry my goals over to December.

In other news: At the beginning of November I took a trip, on an airplane, yes really, to visit my daughter in CA. With the proper precautions it's not such a scary world out there. It was a great trip.

Flying west

Thanksgiving was spent quietly, within our bubble, out in the sunroom. It was a lovely time.

In the meantime all harvest decorations are back in the box, and replaced by Christmas decorations. I'm going easy on decorating this year, but did put up my favorites.

Let me share with you one of my special guys :)

With that, everybody, hang in there, be smart, be safe.
Happy Advent, Happy Christmas, Happy Holidays!

Keep sparking, y'all.

WOW you did great! Maintaining is good. Means you'll have a great loss next week!

I love the little snowman and especially the gnome in the tree!

    Nice decorations!

Yes, I agree that we could be safe with proper protection and precaution. We have a friend who is a flight attendant and fine (so far).

So nice you were able to visit your daughter.
Some of those quiet, at-home holidays are wonderful. I being with family and fiends, and I appreciate the quiet, too.
    Good goals.

    Glad you enjoyed Thanksgiving :)

On one hand I get any frustration of not meeting goal(s).

On the other hand, I've never tracked for more than 1-2 days. Congrats on the 96/9700 average. And maintaining on a month that involves both Thanksgiving dinner and major travel, well, speaks for itself.

Happy you were able to get to Ca., to visit your daughter for Thanksgiving. I'm sure she was glad you were able to go see her.
Exercise and eating , what can I say, it sounds like you have made some attempts with moving along with both, and maintaining is better than more added weight. Keep at it though.I knew exactly the little snowman was a German Christmas decoration, and I love it, so cute and reminds you of growing up in Germany, I bet.
Busy here putting up the Christmas decorations, a little more tomorrow ans should be done. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas season .

Great job getting the 1500 trophy for November.
