Recapping my November goals. Here is how I did:
Lose those sneaky 3 lbs plus 1 more: Nope! I did, however, manage a perfect month of maintenance, my weight today = my weight on Nov 1.
Track my food: I tracked 17 out of 30 days.
Increase my daily steps to 10,000 minimum: My average daily step count was 9,685 steps
I did receive my 1500 Monthly Fitness Minutes SparkTrophy for November.
Overall, some room for improvement & I'll carry my goals over to December.
In other news: At the beginning of November I took a trip, on an airplane, yes really, to visit my daughter in CA. With the proper precautions it's not such a scary world out there. It was a great trip.
Thanksgiving was spent quietly, within our bubble, out in the sunroom. It was a lovely time.
In the meantime all harvest decorations are back in the box, and replaced by Christmas decorations. I'm going easy on decorating this year, but did put up my favorites.
