I have planned all the food for Christmas, including a few vegan dishes because Mike is coming! Got most of the shopping done and almost everything is wrapped! This weekend we will be baking lots of cookies. One of the desserts will be a vegan blueberry buckle I made and froze this summer - I hope it will be ok, it is wrapped in plastic, foil and a freezer bag.
There will be 6 of us for dinner and everyone who is coming is quarantining for 2 weeks before Christmas - so now!
I can’t wait until my 10 year old opens her gifts! That’s the best part of Christmas morning, the smiles and shining eyes of children.
