(Cue Rocky theme) I completed a full 4 mile walk today. Actually, it was a 4.25 mile walk. Now all I have to do is drink at least eight glasses of water. Not give into temptation to snack, or eat crap food. And, of course... and this is the biggie, avoid Dr Pepper. If I can do those three things, I will have met my daily goal. My daily goals are as follows: 1. Drink my water 2. Get exercise 3. No snacking or eating of rubbish 4. No Dr Pepper
