STILL RECOVERING

Still recovering from my aunt’s death and identifying the body. Cleaning her house and she was a hoarder. It has been.... 😱 I had surgery on the 29th on my right hand and my left rotator cuff tendons are missing. It’s very hard to deal with all of this. Beth Donovan

Beth, I can well imagine your plight as I have one arm in a sling for a dislocating shoulder implant where the rotator cuff is almost non-existent, but at least I can use my right hand fairly well. I hope that your hand will heal quickly and that your house clearing will go well. Such a job. I am sure that as you sort, many things will bring memories. May those memories be healing for you.

So sorry for your loss. I lost my mom in June of last year and I am still grieving, so I understand your pain. As others have posted, you have to take care of yourself.

So sorry for all you are going through right now. I hope you can take things slowly. My husband and I had to clean out my mom's house after she moved out. That's when we found out she was a hoarder with some rooms you couldn't even walk in to. It took years to get it all done but now it is finished.

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate now. Take the time to grieve and take whatever time you need. You have to heal yourself before we can help someone else heal. Hope you have a fast recovery. I am going in for my first knee replacement Wednesday and and starting to get very nervous about it.

I liked your blog so you know I read it but I sure don't like it. I am so sorry about your aunt. I have had rotator cuff surgery and it is very difficult either way. You are in the thick of hard times but you are made of strong stuff and will get through this- look back at how far you have come!
