F is also For My Own Good!

I know that God is working everything out for my good but FRUSTRATION has set in because I am not able to exercise!!!! I have tried to do some simple stretches and YIKES so I understand more fully what the surgeon told me!!! I am finding it hard to do the simplest tasks because I jumped the gun and I should have known better, but my OCD and competitive self wanted to start NOW!!!!

So, where am I at right now? I am at a point that I am not able to do any exercise for 12 weeks and I choose to listen this time because it causes too much pain. Even reaching across the bed for my pillow, I am no longer able to do as I certainly feel it in that rib, and so I walk to the other side of the bed to pick up my pillow. Even when I walk I choose to put some pressure on the surgical site because it lessens the pain that I feel.

However, I do know this TRUTH!!!! If I stay the course and do what the surgeon is telling me, then God will bring me out BETTER than what I was before!!! He has done it before and He WILL do it AGAIN!!!
