SO, I am faithfully tracking and it really does make a difference. I put my dinner in for tonight before I made it and by doing that, I was able to delete and alter some things so that I could stay in my ranges. If I had inputed it after dinner, I would have been upset by underestimating what I ate. It really does help to do that and it really does work.

I weighed in this morning and I am down 4 pounds since last Monday. I definatly loved seeing that and although I have a long way to go, I am in the right place, heading in the right direction.
