How to battle a lazy day

Saturday, January 16, 2021

I love a good lazy day. I rarely have them. I am so skilled at doing everything for everyone that I hardly take a lazy day where I do not do a thing. I am too busy meeting everyone's needs.
I learned doing the Hard75 challenge that there are no excuses. Lately I have been struggling with my focus. Struggling with my eating and putting myself first.

Today it is pouring sheets of rain. Yesterday i told myself that today is my reset day. I did not anticipate the weather to be so dreary. I did not anticipate for the sound of the rain hitting the roof to make binge watching The Queens Gambit snuggled on my couch with my puppies.

Ok, time to make a plan!
1. Strip and wash bed
2. donate clothes that are by door (I want no time to grow back into them)
3. go to health shop to pick up BCAA
4. Mail letters out
5. go to grocery store
6. Pick up coat at # 1 daughter house
7. Go for walk with #2 daughter

I have had my time being lazy this morning... Time to be productive this afternoon!
