Day 18 - Pushing forward

Tonight I got home from work and it was really tempting to just to curl up on the couch and eat some junk food. But I didn't. I drank my water, did a quick workout, and skipped the candy. Getting the water in is tough. It still isn't my favorite thing to drink but I realize how little I have been drinking. The added incentive of this is keeping my teeth healthy helps me moving ahead. I just wish I would drink it earlier in the day so that I am not staying up at night running to the bathroom.
