It's complicated

Often when customers come into the office with a problem, I
hear "It's complicated". And most of the problems are but not
so complicated that they cannot be resolved. It takes time and
patience because we want to do the right thing at the beginning
and not come back to try to fix it again.
And so it is with most of the problems we encounter in daily life.
It is complicated and we need to work for a solution and keep
working until we find the right one. Best thought to leave you-
