Day 22 - Humbled but still going

It is easy to get complacent but it is important to give yourself grace. Tonight I had already fallen asleep on the couch but I woke up to do my 10 minute workout. I was thinking it would be easy but the cardio still pushed me and that's a good thing. I need to keep working on my cardio and flexibility. It is easy to get complacent but tonight I was reminded that it takes work.
I was very tempted to eat the Dots candy I have but I resisted temptation. I didn't have any WW points to use so I stayed on track! Good for me.
