freezing cold walk

Today would have been an easy day to sit on the couch and skip my walk. I thought about skipping my walk. Instead I put layers on. leggings, jeans, hoodie, scarf, hat mittens and goose down coat.

2.5 mile walk done with no excuses.

Tomorrow is supposed to be just as cold. I will be wearing a similar outfit. I am worth the effort.
