Day 23 - Slow and Steady Wins the Race

Was excited to get on the scale this morning and I wasn't disappointed. Another decline. I am 4.2 pounds from my goal. I am only weighing once per week though I have been tempted to jump on sooner. But even better than the loss is that I have noticed that I am seeming to be more flexible. Working on my cardio so I can improve that.
Overall trying not to go overboard with any thing but rather make progress and be healthier!
