I must admit I am doing much better with getting moving both walking, bike, and strength/Physical Therapy. Where I am failing is food. I need to get back to planning my meals. I will do this today as we are headed to Billings tomorrow for a much needed grocery run (I will do 1/2 tomorrow and 1/2 on Feb 3rd when I go for a haircut). The list is long. but will get longer as I plan out the meals.
Yesterday I walked around collecting coiled wire that I had coiled earlier in preps for the new fence line. FITBIT said 34 minutes, Garmin 10. Do not know what causes the differences yet. Then I actually did 37 minutes of resistance band work and I am sore this morning but felt good I did it. I had been telling myself I got my 30 minutes of exercise in with the walking so I didn't need to do the strength-but I resisted that excuse as strength training is very important.
Today-more cardio-I have more work to do outside clearing the old garden of woven wire fence. I will roll up what is salvageable and put the rest in the recycle pile. Making ham & beans for lunch. Church this evening. Truck is loaded up with recyclables for tomorrow's trip. My DH is doing a good job cleaning up and I want to keep the motivation going. He gets whatever money we get and puts it toward his dust collection system. I am just glad the stuff is not going in to a landfill. Need to research glass recycling in Billings again. My wine bottle collection is growing.
