When I got back on track 2 plus years ago I wanted to lose 40 pounds. I passed that goal and at 50 pounds down I calmed my focus a bit but kept on. I then lost 60. And I was fine there.
When the pandemic hit I got stressed and lost 4 more.
My real new goal is 60 pounds lost from my biggest.
I was kind of okay for a while and then o started baking and cooking more and my daughter was home so we were cooking extra and I was also drinking wine and my scale broke.
I’ve been tracking my calories and they’ve been up. I do better at 1200 max a day and I was up to 1500-1700 a day.
And now I’m up. And I’ve got to lose 4# to get back to my 60 down. So, no wine. No bread or pasta. No butter.
I got my scale and I’ll weigh every few days.
