Toning up while working....

I find that my work is so hectic and involves so much running around, bending, lifting, hanging on to pulling dogs, that I can't even keep too much fat on me. It has melted away. Now wouldn't it be great if I could find a very easy way to tone up. One of the great inventions of this world, is obviously Yoga, which I have a couple of default moves like the sun salutation that stretch and invigorate me so nicely. I just need to work on getting those moves done morning and night, so my muscles have time to relax and then get stronger.
It is a nice feeling, however to be as content with my body as I am right now. I could still lose some body fat, but I feel wonderful, and get a ton of compliments, most of them from my husband, who is very delighted with my appearance. Now he is trying to match his appearance to mine, hahah.
