Well today started out great! It will be exactly 1 week (Sunday) since I've started to change my habits and found spark people! Im excited to share some of my (already) accomplishments:

Fitness:

- Weekly Total Min: 371
- Weekly Cal Goal: 1120 Actual Weekly Calories burned: 2755

I've lost 2 lbs by just eating better and doing strength exercises at least 3 or 4x a week! I cant wait to see what the other weeks hold for me!
