Recovering from the weekend

So this weekend I spent time with my mom and it sounds like this happens a lot with Sparkers because it was verrrry hard to stick to my diet. She didnt have chicken at all, no low fat options on condiments, and the meat wasnt low fat either! I thought I was going to go insane! One of the only good things was that she had some Fiber One bars (I also took some meal bars by SPecial K). I did change her a bit though, I knew she felt bad that alot of stuff she had wasnt exactly what I would choose if I had a choice. So she had a garden and we went out and picked fresh spinach and tomatoes, and we went shopping for semi healthy chicken (legs...) and green beans...but since they made this Kraft Pasta salad, i couldnt resist (Pasta is my weakness!)

Overall, I did ok, even though when my boyfriend came to visit we went to the movie theaters. I usually never get anything just because its expensive and i dont really like popcorn that much. But he insisted i get something so I got Nestle Raisinetts...cause they had raisins...but i ate the whole box by the end of the movie...there goes 2 servings! Worst of all, he couldnt finish the medium popcorn he ordered so Ms Finish everything Till the Last Crumb...well I couldnt resist letting it go to waste so I had a few handfuls.

But I'm not going to beat myself up for it, I let it happen and while I tried to stay focused on most meals, there were a few that I indulged in (but not overindulged like I usually do). Like right now, Im about to lace up my shoes to go running on my lovely Seattle trails! Cant wait to come back and record all I accomplished!
