Another month almost gone

Well, so much for my lofty goals. So far I have managed to lose and gain the same 1.4 pounds. Hormonal issues decided to interfere in part this month (I never know any more!) but also I have just lost motivation since then. My food choices are OK - I am doing fine staying in my calorie/fat/etc. range. I still have a hard time finding time to exercise and I often forget to drink my water, even when it is right next to me...

When I really reflect on what's going on, I know that I am overextended - which makes me tired - which affects my mood - which affects my motivation. I really need to find a way to take care of myself AND to meet all my obligations...

    I can SO RELATE to the same pounds. I am in the same place, but do not have hormone issues. It sure is a struggle to overcome a lifetime of poor habits! BUT I was looking at your tracker, and you are a far cry better off than when you started this journey!!!! THAT IS SUCCESS! Sometimes we need to measure the long haul, not the sprints to see the REAL outcome!
    Hang in there, you CAN do it! You have shown that already!
