We should consider every day lost in which we have not danced at least once.

I disagree with this quote -- no day is ever lost. I consider each encounter with another person a dance. These dances are sometimes hesitant, sometimes a comfortable and familiar beat, and sometimes an exhilirating adventure. There are days that I don't dance -- that I isolate myself from everyone, but even those days are not lost. Those are the days that I gather my strength and courage for my next dance.
