After the month that I had, I was amazed to see that the scale basically stayed the same (up .2 pounds, but with my scale that is insignificant). So much stress! There were many days where I did not use the tracker - days where I deliberately ate something I shouldn't have - but overall I must really be internalizing the lifestyle (at least nutrition-wise). My choices are more automatic, and I must be subconsciously adjusting for my slip-ups by choosing smaller portions and better foods. Woohoo! Now if I can start doing that same thing in the exercise department, the weight would probably start dropping off. All I need is the time, and I am working toward getting some of my time back for me.
