unexpected...

I'm working today...I'm a nurse & work in the postpartum area...taking care of new moms & their new babies...I love my job...I see miracles on a regular & consistant basis...

so, a gentleman hands me a bag saying, "this is for you from us"...the bag has a bottle of champagne in it...& a sweet card that reads "Dearest Valarie, Thank you so much for all your enthusiasm for life. You are a great person. You bring happiness to the whole place. We wish you every blessing in your life" signed John & Michelle

wow...I've never gotten something so sweet before from any of my patients...

then one of my fellow nurses...finished all of the little bags for my girls...she takes the On Q pump bags (normally, thrown away) & recycles them...she washes the little black bags & puts colorful fabric all over one side to cover up the logo...the bags are beautiful...they work great for ren faires & such...

it's a fabulous day!!!
