December 13th,2007 the day I kick Coke to the curb!!!

December 13th, 2007 is the day that I am going to kick COKE to the curb for good! I am sick of being tired! I am sick of being addicted! I am sick of spending my money on something that is killing me! I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but I really feel that way. Drinking soda/pop in the amounts that I have been doing is so unhealthy! I've got to live a better, healthier life! I can do this! I will do this! I am worth it!
May my guardian angels be with me to strengthen and lift me up!

    I forgot to tell you at first it did make me go to the bathroom alot but i think I just needed time to get use to it cause it doesnt bother me anymore good luck jill

    Hi this is your guardian angel speaking to you,LOL you can do this yvette if I can ,you can and I believe in you. were at a point in our lives to do something for ourselves not the kids, not the husband/boyfriend , but us. 40 is the age were gonna do this . like I said theres no going back now we have to move forward, I'll be 41 in January and I'm so tired of being tired, but the no pop thing has helped me 75% and I know you can do it . just think about me sitting on your shoulder ( not literally but the angel in me) saying" you dont need that pop yvette"put it down and grab a water or juice your body will thank you later.. talk at ya later Jill
