Well, I'm feeling better. I've started logging on more regularly and I've started logging my food. I haven't started exercising yet, but I signed up on a virtual running team and I'll be signing up for another marathon in January.

I've revamped my page and I've decided on some rewards for myself.

I know I couldn't have gotten back on track without your support, so I thank you so much for checking on me and keeping me focused. I hope I can be of help to you some time as well.

    Hi Veronica.. You have already made great strides in your weight loss journey.. You lost a lot more than I did before I slacked off! I'm re-committing myself to the Spark Journey too, and hope the new year will bring greater success. I am looking at your page carefully with an idea of setting my own goals and rewards.

    I would like to add that what LINDAWE said is great advice. I have found that concentrating on just a few teams, where I get the most support, has been one of THE key factors in keeping me going even when I'm not losing much weight.. Or I should say--ESPECIALLY when I'm not losing much!

    Nice one veronica! you can always come and have some nice country walks with me in England!! the mistake i made was trying to be involved with too many activities, now, i stick to a couple of teams and concentrate on me every day instead of doing loads of stuff!... Welcome back!!!
