A positive weekend

Well I was dreading weighing in this morning.....I had been pretty good over the weekend, but the last time I did spark I went backwards on the weekends.. This time from Friday to Monday I lost 1.5 lbs. Now back to the work week routine and i know excellant results.

I've been to the gym 5 consecutive days and ate correctly 5 consecutive days.... just keep the streak going... just want to go back in time

    Na man! You want to go forward and improve! Keep plugging away at it and it'll eventually be second nature for you. Don't put too much emphasis on the numbers on that scale...focus more on energy levels and eventually the decreasing numbers on your waste, the change in letters in your shirt size, and an increase in positive comments from folks...and once those start...they'll carry you a great while. Keep up the good work!
