One week in 8lbs gone

Well I weighed in after a week of recommitting myself. i have not missed a day at the gym. Sunday was a laxer day but went to the gym with my 14 year old and played horse and 1on1 basketball.

Excited to see a big drop the first week, just want to keep it going. It feels good to feel my muscles!!! Fatigue and soreness.

Just glad to be working them again. Off to my daughters high school soccer game.
