* Budget my calories throughout the day.
* protein at all meals and most snacks
* Cardio (30min intense intervals 2 x week, 30min more mellow cardio 3-5 x week)
* 60 min weight training (heavier weights) 2-3 x week
* Being kind to myself and not beating myself up for little slips
* Weighing every morning
* Ensuring I set my environment up for success - if it's a trigger food, it doesn't come in the house and making sure I have several delicious, healthy options for all meals and snacks at all time
