Some. of the things I did to reach my goal

Monday, January 21, 2008

I was asked what I did to lose so much weight and here is my answer:

Something just clicked in my head and I decided to do it. No program just kinda took my collective knowledge and made it all up as I went. Eat breakfast and every 3 hours each day and stop eat 3 hours before going to bed. Eat healthy and portion control, exercise daily(cardio). BIG, YOU HAVE TO WANT TO DO IT AND MAKE IT A WAY OF LIFE THAT YOU WANT! Keep it simple and have fallbacks=if you cannot make up your mind on what to eat or what to do for exercise then have a fallback that you just do. Distractions help at first when you are getting used to the changes, again keep them simple and easy to do to distract you from reverting back to bad habits and decisions. Just a couple of things, hope they may help if you are not already doing these. Also have a plan once you reach your goal and be healthy once you get to that point- I got got without a plan for when I reached my final goal and the only thing that saved me was the fact that I was aware of it and SparkPeople has been my saving grace for this.
