I hit my first 10% goal today: 12 pounds! I feel pretty good about losing 12 pounds since the first of the year by paying attention to portions. I love the nutrition tracker! It's really helping me recognize that smaller meals and regular snacks are the way to go! Yeah!! It's been a long time since I saw results this good, it's motivating me to keep going!
