Second Week Completed!

I have completed two weeks of training for the 1/2 marathon on May 4th, 2008. Today was my long run, which consisted of six miles. I must say last Sunday it seemed easier, but I managed to finish the six miles in 65 minutes (little under 11 min/mile). My legs were buring the last mile and I was running into traffic. I ran some in the grass and that took a toll on my body, but the cars were not budging. It is amazing what the body can do once the mind is made up.
