10 Week Challenge - Update 1/third week

Good news! I'm down 5.6 pounds from last week. Seeing that on the scale last night was exactly what I needed to get excited again.
Now, I've done something I've never done in the year that I've been on SP. I'm allowing my fitness tracker to be observed by all of you. I know that it will help keep me accountable knowing that others can see what I am (or not) doing.
I'll let you know how next week goes.
