Made a mini weight-loss goal!

Yesterday I hit 158 and today I'm still there! Woo! Only 2.5 pounds to get back to what I was at my lowest in September, and then blasting through that and moving forward! I wanted to be at this weight two weeks ago but I am not complaining. I'm feeling really great and am having less challenges with all the new habits I'm working on. I am finding it really easy to fit 7-8 fruits and veggies into my diet every day. I really LIKE having them as snacks! I know they'll fill me up, and the natural sweetness and crunchiness is very satisfying. Drinking green tea keeps me full during the day, as well as energized. I'm getting occasional pizza cravings, but mostly walking to my apartment in the morning before breakfast when I smell the pizza place nearby. No matter what, I'm eating my healthy breakfast. I can't stress enough how important that breakfast (Go Lean Kashi, non fat vanilla yogurt, and blueberries) is to having a healthy day. Sometimes I want to get a bagel or a sandwich for breakfast, but I know that getting high fiber and low fat in the morning really sets me up for a healthy day.
I went today to get my Reward of the Girls Next Door season 3, and they were out! Oh poo. I really had to refrain from buying it last weekend, telling myself that I needed to save it as a reward. Honestly, I'm way more excited about losing the weight than getting the dvds. But apparently it's important to reward yourself, and it's nice to get those things as a treat.
I am doing so much better this week because I'm not starting over like after the weekend like I always had to do every week before. Woo!
