Well I went to a friends house to weigh myself today and I was down 2.5 lbs from the last time. I joined SparkPeople July 15th so it has been 27 days I had lost 8.5 lbs in the first two weeks. So total it is 11 lbs in those 27 days. Woo Hoo! ... Read more
