No. I made some choices that are not norm for me but was able to keep it within my calories, fat, carb limits for the day. Also maintained control while eating out with my mom. Choosing Subway instead of KFC or McD's and a 6-inch turkey with lots of veggies and low fat sauce (only ate 1/2), apple slices and water.

I'm sure I did! I was tailgating all afternoon, had chicken tenders & fries at the ballpark, and then drank a few alcoholic drinks afterwards at some bars. I am not letting this "derail" me and I don't feel guilty about that day. I know that this was a special occasion and I can get right back on track today & this week with lots of fruits & veggies as normal! :)
