BIG time and I'm kicking myself in the butt! Moving forward with a new day.
You have a choice...you can throw in the towel or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face.
"Don't rely on motivation to get the job done. Motivation is temporary. It may be the thing that kicks you into gear initially but it isn't sustainable. Just do what needs to be done with NO excuses & don't wait on motivation that may never come. Take responsibility for your journey whether you 'feel like it' or not, you'll be glad you did!" ~ NOTABOUTHEFACE

'Inch by inch, life's a cinch. Yard by yard, life is hard.'" "Finish each day and be DONE with it. You have DONE what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Actually, I did, and that's unusual for me, but it was a gloomy, damp Sunday, DH had to work, which is also unusual, and I made a gorgeous pot roast w/ mushroom gravy and veggies, and I just kept picking at the roast before supper, till when time came for the meal, I was guilty taking any meat at all on my plate........Oh well, it's all part of the journey, and I guess we all have moments when we falter.
not really but I did overeat at dinner. i went to my parents house for roast, potatos, corn, home-made bread etc and I was ready to burst.
