No, and a lot of it probably has to do that I've actually grown to love produce - especially the fresh produce of summer. It's the centerpiece of what I eat, nutritionally speaking, and since I have a non-stop appetite, I rely on eating an abundance of it to stay full and feel good.
I allow myself two cheat days a month now that I'm maintaining my 70 lb.+ weight loss, and I always feel so much better the day after the cheat day. That's because I go back to tracking and eating all that produce. It really makes a difference in how I feel physically which, in turn, leaves me in an overall better mood, too.
Yes. I've been on a roll ... a bad one. Part of it is because the AC is out on my work van, I drive for my job, and I bought ice cream cones to cool off (100+ temps). Also, need to stop getting a certain kind of granola bars for my son's snacks, as I can't resist them!
