Still have a lot of calories for the day, but overate during lunch. Although my portion and food choices were good, I continued eating when I could have stopped. I need to follow through when I note that I am no longer hungry. So easy to look at your plate and see "several bites left" and shove it down just to finish it off.
Yes, I did...it's been a while, but I had tons of fruit, etc...

nope!! I even had a glass of wine with dinner. I've been doing well all week so far. Gotta keep it up!
So, my challenge goals are as follows: 1.Eat in my recommended calorie range of 1200-1500 at least 5 days a week. 2.Exercise for at least 30 min. a day 3.Try a new recipe at least once a week. 4.Post on this board at least once a day. 5.Be at my goal weight by my 31st birthday on 11/11/12
no! last night was date night at the movies. i can usually eat a large bag of popcorn MYSELF - i did extra exercise that day to compensate a bit, and didn't eat after lunch - I brought a 6" turkey sub with me to eat for dinner. The large bag of popcorn was only half eaten and that was between me AND my husband. I was very proud =)

Yes, but I have decided that today is a new day and I will forget about my mistakes I made yesterday. Will drink that water, stay on point for calories and WILL get a work out in before the end of the day. I can do this.
