No, but I walked yesterday, in my new MBT footwear... for the first time in nearly 8 months. I'm having to work back up to the amount of cardio I was doing before my back "broke".... used to do half an hour of the "weight loss" program at 3 mph on the treadmill, then half an hour of the random hills at a level 7 on the stationary bike, and then 15 minutes on the elliptical....now, though, it's baby-steps. 15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes on the elliptical, and where I used to swim for 30 minutes....man....I was exhausted after SEVEN!!
