Definitely water. I always carry a water bottle with me, and I drink one or two glasses at every meal in addition to that. I try to drink a glass of skim milk most days to add calcium, but other than that, I don't really drink anything else. No soda, coffee, etc.
Plain old tapwater is my drink of choice. I keep some chilled in the frig and drink it all day. No need for bottled water here as our tap water is wonderful. Saves lots of money too. I suspect that bottled water has more chemicals than our tap as the plastic leaches out some.

I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.
Except for the one cup of coffee with cream that I drink in the morning (down from 4 or 5 a day), I'm only drinking water right now. I can't stand sugar substitutes in anything and don't want to waste my calories.
