I'm trying to make myself only weigh in once a week. In the past I would weigh every day, obsessively. I'm trying to avoid getting that way again and just focus on making healthy food choices.

I have lost 6 pounds. Though I am not trying as hard as I feel I should I am very happy about the weight loss. Good luck to all of you.

I am another daily. But to me the number is just a number. I know that I almost always weigh more on Wednesday, than Sunday and the week before and first two days of TOM are also likely to be heavier. My scale does fat and water analysis so if a number is unexpected I use the analysis for more info. It helps to inform me if I am not doing something right. However I take Wednesday as my official weigh in.

now 16 st 3
ignore the ticker I made a mistake converting stone to pounds.

Every morning. I know we're told by many people to weigh only once a week, but I find weighing every morning keeps me accountable for what I eat and do during the day.

Daily, but I ignore the fractions because my scale isn't that accurate. I like the feedback, even if it is negative. If I've moved up, I try to figure out what I did wrong - if anything - and resolve to do better. I know that if the numbers move up, it is usually just bloat so I don't stress about it.

Recently I've been doing *daily* but I notice that it really bums me out if it goes up .5 or something from the previous day. I know part of it is due to water weight, a later meal etc. Anyone find more success shifting from daily to weekly?
