One egg over easy on top of lightly saute'd broccoli with onion powder pinch of salt and smoky pepper, with quac and tomatoes on top. Sooooo..... good. Is also good as lunch or dinner too. πŸ˜‹

My favorite breakfast? Bacon, eggs, wheat toast + coffee!

What do I HAVE for breakfast? Plain oatmeal, or cottage cheese with fruit, a smoothie, and occasionally a bowl of dry Cheerios!!!

Recently REAL oatmeal/porridge made in the traditional Scottish way: Oats, water and a little salt.
I add pecans, raisins, unsweetened apple sauce, or unsweetened dried cranberries, ground flaxseed, and/or peanut butter powder.

On weekends: I love an omelette stuffed with spinach and 2T shredded parmesan, along with fresh fruit and a piece of toast.

Work days: Greek yogurt, frozen berries, 12 raw almonds (approx. 1/2 ounce)

Both of these have good protein!

I love a Veggie frittata. So easy to make and so much healthier having veggies with your morning protein. I have an orange or tangerine with it. It is so quick to cook and I then have slices for a few days that I can also have for lunch.
