Recently REAL oatmeal/porridge made in the traditional Scottish way: Oats, water and a little salt. I add pecans, raisins, unsweetened apple sauce, or unsweetened dried cranberries, ground flaxseed, and/or peanut butter powder.
I love a Veggie frittata. So easy to make and so much healthier having veggies with your morning protein. I have an orange or tangerine with it. It is so quick to cook and I then have slices for a few days that I can also have for lunch.
