I don't use other websites. I love SparkPeople and find all the tools, resources, and support very helpful. I belong to some active teams with encouraging teammates.

I don't "participate" in any other fitness or nutrition websites, but I do frequently use nutritiondata.self.com/ to get nutrition information on foods. It is the most easily readable / searchable site using the USDA nutrition database, includes far more items than Spark does, and includes full descriptions in their line items (indicating whether cooked or raw, method of cooking, etc).

I don't generally track on there, since it doesn't split things in to meals and it breaks down recipes in to individual items, which isn't useful for my personal approach. I do input all recipes in there that I make for family and friends, and I share my user information with them so that they can see exactly what is in each dish and can decide how best to fit it in to their own way of eating (or not).

I use achievement as well and have been on it for a couple years I think. I have earned 3 or 4 $10 gift cards for Amazon. I get one every 6 months or so; I don't put a lot of effort into.

I also have a Fitbit and track things daily through their app and website. I have friends too and used to be more active with step challenges. It was fun but annoying at times too.

I also use Rally and get workplace rewards and can use points to try and win items like Instantpots, giftcards, or a Kindle. I haven't won anything but it doesn't cost to try. I can also get up to $600 towards my HSA account by hitting specific biometric goals.

A good friend of mine recently decided to start his own website on this topic and currently his idea is being processed by the fuys from this company bostonunisoft.com/ui-ux-design.html and once they're finished we should have some good results. Gonna keep you updated on this.

There is one requirement. that you lost 30+ pounds and have been able to maintain that loss for a period of one year or longer. The members have posted their stories of how they lost the weight and have kept it off.

It's a long term research study. I need to add my story.
