A TO DO list works for me .I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can check something off the list. And making the list for the WEEK instead of the DAY makes it easier for me to accomplish multiple goals!

In God my heart trusts. ----Proverbs 28:7

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

KNOW that the LORD is GOD.It is HE who made us,And we are HIS;
We are HIS people,
The sheep of HIS pasture.

Priorities and getting into habits and routines.

1. You are entirely up to you. Make your body, make your life.
2. If you are tired of starting over, stop giving up!
3. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change.
4. The Dalai Lama: "One brings failure on oneself by working extremely hard at the beginning, attempting to do too much, and then giving it all up after a short time. A constant stream of moderate effort is needed."

Time is the definition of Egalitarian. Everyone is equal in that department. No one gets more than 24/7/365.

So how does everyone else do it? Priorities and scheduling. I have heard that you will make time for something if it's important enough. It is very true.

"How to find time to work on multiple goals?"
Time is not sitting around waiting to be found... you MAKE time for the things that are important to you.
And it is important to NOT take on too much too soon. That leads to frustration and burnout.

"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

have a strategy.

pick your priorities and limit them to what you CAN do.
don't overwhelm yourself. portion things out so you can handle the task.
have a set time to work on them.
Be reasonable. have realistic expectations. be flexible.
Forget about 'all or nothing' perfection.
Don't get distracted ...get that task done.
If one thing is all you can handle, then do that one thing. But maintain it.
Create habits and stick to them.

live on a budget.
buy what you Need, but save for things you don't need but want.

"Get the clutter out. I donated two medium boxes and a storage container recently but you can't tell. I found almost 20 items to donate today (cds). I've also sold some things on ebay"

Donate two medium boxes and storage container or bagged items every week for two months. At the end of two months, see how much clutter is left. Donate three boxes if necessary to free up space.

-Help Mom label family photos

Get our your calendar. Schedule one hour during your six days to help your mom label family photos. Do this one hour a week each week until all the photos your mom wants labeled are completed.

Get out your calendar. Set aside 30-60 minutes a day to read. That might mean cutting into the time you spend reading influencer blogs.

-Lose body fat. I'm not in as good of shape as I once was so I can't handle long or strenuous workouts (I also suspect I have Achilles Tendentious and am going to call the doctor in the morning.)

Get out your calendar. Schedule 30-60 minutes a day to workout. could be a DVD. could be a walk. could be a YOUTUBE video.

-Manage money better. I read money stuff but it's too much "make your coffee at home" I don't even drink coffee.

Get out your calendar. Schedule time to balance your check book or review your finances. Do you keep your receipts ? if not. Keep them all and review them once a week to determine if you are staying within your budget.

How can I get these things done at the same time? A productivity problem is once a week I'm away from home for 12 hours, so I only have six days to work on myself whereas everyone else has seven. Any tips? I know some of you got to be working on multiple goals yourselves.

The short reply ?

Buy a calendar and start scheduling these activities. Once they are scheduled, stick to the schedule.

One way would be to stop comparing your journey to everyone else's and as Nike once said. Or do they still say it? Just Do It!

All God's Creatures have their troubles. Even if someone seems to coast through life. You don't see the inner struggle.
