Sorry, but I'm posting here because the tech problems boards look like people don't have a lot of activity. So, to make this relevant, what WOULD make me smile is solving this problem. (But, all of you here on SparkPeople make me smile, anyway.)
Here's the problem:
From my "Current Status" on my SparkPage today:
AMOMENTSNOTICE asks: Was there a glitch with the site? I logged in the other day & saw that my SparkPointsdidn't reflect this & I didn't get a "spin". Now my perfect attendance is gone, but I know that'snot accurate!
(I had to scrunch the words together in this message b/c I ran out of space!)
If anyone has any advice, please help!!!
Thank you : )
I think it makes more sense to focus on the change in behavior, rather than the result (as a goal), because the result will occur with the accomplishment of the behavioral goal. (Do I sound like I'm on the Big Bang Theory?)
Kaizen: Small, continuous improvements.
I'M BRINGING SEXY BACK! I don't know where it went. Where do those lost pounds go? Is it the same place as the socks missing from the drier?

My goofy Irish setter and golden retriever who get soooo excited about going for a walk. Every walk they have is the best walk ever, the weather never gets them down and they never don't feel like taking a walk.
A lot today! Our church celebrated it's 138th anniversary today, it was Heritage Sunday. I am Danish on my dad's side, and some of my Danish ancestors were among the first settlers in this area who started the church. Part of the sermon today was about the history of the church and it was very interesting.
I also went to a packing party for Operation Christmas Child; it was fun. My best friend hosted it and I also met some new people. We got at least 60-65 boxes put together. The thought of the children who will end up with those boxes makes me smile!
My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, I am now in hospice care for metastatic breast cancer, but I'm not letting cancer stop me from Sparking!
Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
