very optomistic! I know I want to make a lifestyle change and eat better, so meals and days where I slip don't derail me - I'm not "breaking" my diet, instead i'm building new habits, which I know takes time. A single bite won't ruin the meal, a single meal won't ruin the day, and a single day won't ruin the diet.

Now, to force myself to find a way to get my exercise and running in ... THAT's my biggest struggle!

If you think you can or you can't, you are right.

If you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not really hungry.

I have to be diligent about caring for myself. 100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS is a great way for me to keep focused. Day 1 is July 1, 2017. Build habits to produce success. Most of these habits I have at least tried before but did not sustain. First habit: delay eating by using a timer.

Got up very dizzy this morning, and it's lasted all day long. I've had to move my body and head slowly, as my balance is not good either. I hope it's better tomorrow, as company is coming over for Easter.

Everthing I do today, WILL effect my tomorrows, and effect those around me.
How do I want my tomorrows to be?
