I don't have a food plan to share although I have news on the latest technique to detect prediabetes. Researchers have developed a technique, which scans your eyes and check the levels of auto-fluorescence in the eye lenses and that data is then used to predict early signs of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes
At the top of your nutrition tracker, you should see "Nutrition Plan" or something similar in big letters. Right beside that to the right in much smaller letters is "Settings". Click on that and you should be able to make the changes you want. Let us know if that's not what you were looking for.
