It really depends on what kind of person you are.

If small changes are kind of "meh" and you get discouraged by the daily fractional ups and downs of water and waste flowing through your body, then weigh less often so you can get those big number rewards.

If even small changes are motivating to you and you like charting your progress through the process then weigh more often.

Every day counts, each decision matters!

I had weighed daily, but realized the scale was taking over how I viewed my success and journey. Now, I weigh once a week and take measurements once a month.

I get on once a month. The rest of the time I focus on my nutrition and how my clothes fit. The numbers mess with my head too much if I do it any other way.

Every morning, then average the week. Very accurate when done that way, catch weight gain trends quickly then. Also I've been able to see how some meds cause weight gain by that. Just don't panic, think why it is up or down.

depends on how bloated I feel. I will gain an average of 10lbs every month due to my endometriosis/god knows what else is broken there and then shrink back down within the next week or two. I actually "lost" 5lbs last week but it was bloat weight. I've been aiming for roughly every Monday and Friday and spending my weeknights focused on being way more active instead :)

I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.
