Part of me loves the notion of having ready made meals. However, as part of a family unit, it wouldn't work. And in reality, I need to know how to make healthy meals and to understand what portion sizes really are.

Thanks for the reply, so quickly, Coach Jen. I don't usually read blogs, so I naturally missed this one. Chris' rationale, I understand, as well as the economics of running the site, but it's still deplorable for a site that encourages--was built on--free self-enablement to partner w/ an enterprise that sells the same goal. I'm still a staunch SP supporter, but I admit my support grows less general, more particular. Again, thanks for reply & link.

Hi all. Been awhile since I have been on the site. Fell off the wagon & recently joined Weight Watchers and am checking her periodically as needed. Just wanted to see if this site is now partnered with Jenny Craig as I see the name everywhere.
