I'm new to this board. I'm 51 and have turned up the exercise intensity a few notches the past few years. I will hit Tae Bo class tonight - a 60 minute class that is seriously kickbutt.

I did a 60 minute-four mile walking dvd with hand weights and then I got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the kitchen floor.

WOW. You all are INSPIRING me!

WHO GOT THEIR WORKOUT IN TODAY??

What're you planning for tomorrow?? Of course, many or most of us take 1 or 2 REST DAYS per week. Nobody wants to burn out or get injured! Then you'd miss your workouts a lot longer than a day or two. emoticon

THIS EVENING I did 22 minutes of KEITH WEBER'S Extreme Cardio Kettlebell workout, plus a little mini-trampoline.

KETTLEBELLS ARE MY FAVOURITE WORKOUT! But there're many other things I enjoy, too; only kbells give you TWICE the return for HALF the workout time! Among other benefits! emoticon emoticon

I worked upper body and core today. However, it was with a trainer who always works me hard. It felt great when done! Also did 30 min of cardio on treadmill with 8% incline @2.5 mph. It was a great day.

heading out now - putting on the head phones....brisk walk - through in some jogging - return home to some abs and arm...total time - 40 mins.
